DEVELOPER FEES
In order to finance the construction or reconstruction of school facilities needed to accommodate students coming from new development, the Board of Trustees may establish, levy and collect developer fees on residential, commercial and industrial construction within the district, subject to restrictions specified by law and administrative regulation.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments may be made at the Facilities Department, located at 1135 9th St., Lincoln by appointment only. Please contact Julie Brown at jubrown@wpusd.org or by calling 916-645-5100. Cash, check and credit card are all acceptable forms of payment. Please note, we charge a service fee for credit card payments as follows:
Credit/Debit Card Fee Schedule:
- $29 or less - No Fee
- $30-$59 - $2.50 per transaction
- $60-$249 - $3.50 per transaction
- $250-$599 - $6.50 per transaction
- $600 or more - 2.75% of charge
