WPUSD TRANSPORTATION
The WPUSD Transportation Department provides safe transportation for approximately 600 students between our five General Ed. and twelve Special Ed. routes. We also provide transportation to our students for activity and sports trips. Our team of bus drivers and mechanics are here to ensure the safest and most pleasant bus ride possible for our students.
Bussing is available for students living outside the city limits of Lincoln. Parents may purchase an annual bus pass providing unlimited rides for the school year, a semester bus pass providing unlimited rides for one semester, or a punch card providing 10 one-way rides. Passes may be purchased online. For bus routes and times, please see the information section below.
Placer County Transit will offer bus passes to accommodate students within the city limits. You can contact Placer County Transit at 530-745-7570 to purchase passes over the phone or for more information. This is not a service that is provided by Western Placer Unified School District. ANNUAL PASS: Unlimited rides all school year
- 1 Student Pass - $250
- 2 Student Passes/Family - $500
- 3+ Student Passes/Family - $580
1/2 YEAR PASS: Unlimited rides for one semester
- 1 Student Pass - $140
- 2 Student Passes/Family - $280
- 3+ Student Passes/Family - $325
PUNCH CARD
- 1 Punch Card - 10 one-way rides - $15
- 2 Punch Cards - 20 one-way rides - $30
- 3 Punch Cards- 30 one-way rides - $45

Please bring cash, check or money order payments to the District Office. Applicants will complete credit card payments online during the application process. Please note, we do not provide refunds.
