Growth & Facilities Needs
Over the course of the past eight years, the District was able to pass two major bonds to build two new schools and modernize two existing schools. All four projects were on time and under budget. While these improvements alleviated overcrowding at the time, the City of Lincoln continues to grow at unprecedented rates. The District revised their Facilities Master Plan to reflect the current development within the city and future plans for increased students generation. We thank the community for these four completed projects and we invite you to see the work first hand by watching the video below. Students throughout the district bring you on campus to highlight the work that has been done with the support of our community.
As we look ahead, there is more to be done to provide equitable educational facilities throughout the District.
