City of Lincoln Youth Development Master Plan

ydn

Western Placer Unified School District partnered with the City of Lincoln to develop a comprehensive Youth Master Plan designed to support the success and well-being of young people throughout our community.

The Youth Master Plan reflects a shared commitment to creating coordinated systems, services, and opportunities that help youth thrive both in and out of school. By working together, speaking a common language, and intentionally focusing on key areas such as safety, relationships, engagement, community involvement, and skill-building, we can better support young people on their path to becoming healthy, productive adults.

The completed Youth Master Plan was informed by community input, research, and direct feedback from local youth. The visual to the right represents the foundational elements and supports young people need to grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.

Youth Master Plan

The completed Youth Master Plan is now available for review. We invite community members, families, staff, and local partners to explore the plan and learn more about the shared vision for supporting youth across Lincoln and Western Placer.
