GLEN EDWARDS MIDDLE SCHOOL ADDITION AND MODERNIZATION

After being built in the 1950's and repurposed into a middle school in the 1980's, GEMS underwent its first major campus construction in 2018.  Phase 1 of the construction, which included a new two-story building now housing nine classrooms, four science rooms, a broadcast studio, an art studio and a media center, was completed in the Fall of 2019.  Phase 2 of the construction, which included an expansion of the administration building and construction of the school's first gymnasium, was completed in the Fall of 2020.
