Project Information

Architect:  HMC Architects
Contractor: Flint Design Build LLC, dba FLINT
Scope: Installation of natural turf physical education and athletic fields, JV baseball and JV softball field facilities, and concessions/ticket building and restroom building at athletics stadium. 
Start Date: Monday June 10, 2024
Anticipated Completion Date: January 10, 2025

Potential Community Impacts:  There will be ongoing construction traffic on Colonnade Drive off of Twelve Bridges Drive and on the vehicle access pathway to the west Library parking lot from June 2024 to January 2025. (The Library parking lot will not be affected by construction at any time.) Stadium event access and entry will be altered and rerouted during construction of the concessions/ticket building which will affect football games and other stadium athletic events through January 2025.
